The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was large and very clean. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower and bidet. The hotel has a couple of very nice lounging areas between the reception and dining areas. They have populated this lounge area with a wide variety of books in many languages that you can borrow while you're there. The 14 euro breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, charcuterie, pastries, yogurt, tortilla de patatas, and Tarta de Santiago! There is a self-serve laundry within a 10 minute walk of the hotel and a large shopping center/grocery store within a 5 minute walk. A bus stop is a block away and the Cathedral is a 30 minute walk from the hotel.

The hotel is 10min walk from the central station and situated in a non-central area. There is a busy road in front of the hotel - but the backside is very quiet. The personell was kind and helpful. The Wifi is excellent. The room and bathroom were up to my expectations I had for a Melia hotel. The hotel is just 1 minute away from a large park!

Very clean and presentable hotel which has some nice modern features. The staff throughout the hotel were excellent, friendly, super helpful and very professional.

This was the perfect hotel after hiking The Camino. The room was luxurious and so was the bed. There is a restaurant on site so no more walking to find a nice meal. The bathroom was like a spa. I had to leave early and they prepared a breakfast box for me.

Staff really kind and the bedroom has much space. The TV has bluetooth connection, so I could watch my own programs. Breakfast is not included, but it was really good and amazing too. Very complete. They have a small but very complete gym too, ir was great!

I was there on half board the food and beers at the bar were exceptional. The bar staff were so helpful and friendly. I felt the staff throughout the hotel were professional and just kind. They made you feel welcome.

The location and the staff were great. The Hotel is nice and the meals (breakfast and dinner) were good.

Very nice hotel, better than expected. Very nice large room. Good restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Nowhere else really close to eat. 15 to 20 minute walk to Santiago de Compostela cathedral and old town. Parking in hotel was convenient.

The staff was very helpful and instructive. It was close to a great shopping center with excellent food options. The bathroom with all the gadgets especially the Japanese toilet feature. The breakfast buffet was superb.

good value for money quite near the train station a large supermarket nearby - a perfect place to get that cheeky beer rather than pay for the one from the minibar large bed
